How to get to the GuimaGold apartments?
The closest airport is Oporto Airport – ANA – Aeroportos de
Portugal, around 40 minutes from the city. For information on airport transfers between Oporto-Guimarães-Oporto Airport, consult the GET BUS® shuttle service.
Lisbon (Oriente or Sta. Apolónia stations), Oporto (S. Bento or Campanhã stations) to Guimarães. For information on ticket prices and timetables, please see the CP – Comboios de Portugal run service.
Guimarães is linked by a network of motorways that connect the city with the rest of the country and with Spain. Take the Guimarães – Centro exit.

May I make my check-in at an earlier time?
Usually, check-in takes place after 3pm. For earlier arrivals, guests should get in touch to find out about availability. This may result in an additional cost.
What means of payment are available?

Do you have any facilities where I might leave my baggage should I want to before or after the check-out time
Yes, we provide a space in reception where guests may store their baggage. To this end, please get in contact and make your request so that your belongings may be safely stored
Is breakfast included?
Currently, the existing tariffs correspond only to accommodation and do not include breakfast.
Do the apartments have smoking areas?
According to Law no. 37/2007 of 14 August, smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas such as verandas and balconies.
I have a pet. May I bring the animal with me?
Yes, we do allow domestic pets in the GuimaGold apartments. We do nevertheless recommend that you provide us with prior notification when making your reservation
May I check-out after midday?
Usually, check-out takes place by midday. For departures after the time stipulated, guests should get in contact to find out about availability. This may involve an additional charge.
Is there access to a WI-FI network?
Yes, all of our apartments have a free Wi-Fi Internet services in every bedroom and living area.
Is there a cleaning service?
Yes, we provide a daily apartment cleaning service.
Is there a safe coffer?
Yes, every suites has its own coffer where you may store your personal objects.
